Falco Flexible Prepaid Support is an innovative support service aimed at the smaller and medium sized service provider.

The support package consists off:

• 24x7 guaranteed availability of highly qualified network engineers for 2nd and 3rd line solutions.


• If necessary employees of Falco Networks will resolve problems onsite.


• The availability of advanced network analyzers like the Acterna / JDSU-DA-3400 and qualified personnel to operate them.


• 4 Hours of troubleshooting or 7 hours of network design

Falco Flexible Prepaid Support stands out as the customer is free to choose from a fixed amount of time to be spend on design or troubleshooting. One is not obliged to actually use these hours on a monthly bases as one is free to save them up, up to a maximum of 6 months.
